It is difficult to find time to put a strategic vision together and you are concerned about the infamous B word…. BURNOUT. In my presentation I discuss ways to scale your business so that you are building something that will provide greater returns to you and help you lead to your exit strategy or succession plan. I will show you some sure fire ways to be able to work ON the business instead of IN the business. My presentation includes workshops, Q&A and a Raffle!
The Power Of Three
How did it go when you put your last business plan together? Let me guess, it was never completed. Don’t worry, as a Small Business Owner, Broker, or Franchisee, you are not alone. Putting a business plan together is something that we always put off. After all, who has that time to sit down by themselves and put a plan together? Well, the reality is that putting a business plan together should be essential to who you are as a business leader. It provides you the goals and metrics to focus on your business and see your vision through the day to day of business. In my talk, I discuss the idea of miro business planning and concentrating on the Power of three: Three business goals and three personal goals. Keep it simple so that you become more confident in putting a business plan together. Focus on a quarter, a half year or 1 year. Then, when you feel more comfortable start looking at putting a business plan together for 3 or 5 years out. Start to work in your strategic vision. The talk will focus on getting started in putting a micro business plan together and workshops along with Q&A. You will never look negatively at business plans ever again.
